CENTRE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible and accountable to the Management for the general performance, daily operations and administration of a cluster of Pre-School centres under your charge
  2. Participate in staff recruitment, training and counselling sessions 
  3. Review the school’s mission statement in conjunction with the goals of the company and prepare operational plans that will meet the School’s mission
  4. Ensure compliance to the guidelines, standards, policies, procedures set by MSF, ECDA and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  1. Posses a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership
  2. Posses or registered for Diploma in Montessori Method of Education (2½ – 6 Years)
  3. Preferably 3 years of supervisory experience in pre-school setting

PRINCIPAL   “Be the CEO of the Centre”

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible and accountable to the Management for the general performance, daily operations and administration of the Centre under your supervision
  2. Perform a multi-faceted role – that of an administrator, senior teacher and counselor to her staff
  3. Build superb communication and rapport with parents
  4. Provide leadership to the team in the area of curriculum development & teaching

Requirements:

  1. Posses a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership
  2. Posses a Diploma in Montessori Method of Education (2½ – 6 Years) or on-going
  3. Preferably 3 years of supervisory experience in pre-school setting

VICE-PRINCIPAL

Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the Principle in the daily operations and administration of the Centre
  2. Responsible for supervising the Teachers and Assistant Teacher, and Practicum students in their classroom
  3. Work together with the Centre Supervisor to maintain staff ratio, assigning staff and students to classes

Requirements:

  1. Posses a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching
  2. Posses or registered for Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership
  3. Preferably 3 years of relevant experience

SENIOR TEACHER   “Mentoring the Next Generation of Teacher”

Responsibilities:

  1. To establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  2. Provide an integrated curriculum that meets the needs of individual children
  3. Planning, supervising, and implementing the curriculum in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the program
  4. To support social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
  5. Building good rapport with parents
  6. Responsible for supervising the Teacher and Trainee Teacher

Requirements:

  1. Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching
  2. Must posses or registered for Diploma in Montessori Method of Education (2½ – 6 Years)
  3. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience

LEAD TEACHER   “Molding the Next Generation of Leaders”

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the care and education of a group of children in her class
  2. To establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  3. Provide an integrated curriculum that meets the needs of individual children
  4. To support social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
  5. Building good rapport with parents
  6. To ensure a well-run, purposeful program responsive to participant needs
  7. Report to Supervisor and Lead Teacher of any child’s special needs or problems

Requirements:

  1. Possess either a Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education
  2. Preferably with 1-year relevant experience

TRAINEE TEACHER   “Embark on a career in Early Childhood”

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Lead Teacher to plan curriculum, implement daily programme, prepare teaching lesson plan, preparation of newsletters
  2. Assume responsibilities of Lead Teacher in the absence of the teacher
  3. Ensure the safety and well-being of the children

Requirements:

  1. Minimum ‘N’ levels (training provided)
  2. Must be registered for either Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (FCECCE) or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or Diploma in Montessori Education (2½ – 6 Years) course


INFANT CARE TEACHER

“Making a difference from the very beginning”

Responsibilities:

  1. Helping infants under 18 months of age develop, in terms of their developmental milestones
  2. Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the infants and toddlers
  3. Building good rapport with parents

Requirements:

  1. Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT), or equivalent recognized by MSF
  2.  Good spoken English
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

ADMINISTRATOR

“Pulling the Strings Ensuring the School Function”

Responsibilities:

  1. General administrative work
  2. Assist in phone answering and attend to enquires
  3. Filing of staff monthly claims/leave forms
  4. Issue invoice and collection of fees
  5. Handle petty cash
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal

Requirements:

  1. Must be Singaporean or Singapore PR
  2. Minimum ‘N’ levels
  3. At least 1 year of administrative experience
  4. Excellent communication skills and well spoken English language is a must
  5. Ability to multi-task, take initiative and work independently
  6. Meticulous individual who process a high level of initiative in a fast pace working environment
  7. Proficient in MS-Office Outlook, Word and Excel

CLEANER   “Maintain Hygiene Standards Ensuring Cleanliness”

Responsibilities:

  1. Sweep & mop all classrooms, corridor, office and receptions area
  2. Clean & wipe the windows at the Corridor area
  3. Disinfect of all mattress and toys
  4. Washing the toilet and keeping the toilet clean & dry at all times
  5. Assist in showering
  6. Ad-hoc cleaning task instructed by Centre Principals

Requirements:

  1. with/without experience
  2.  Singaporean or Singapore PR

COOK

“First Step to the well being of a child, Starts with a healthy meal”

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare meals
  2. Clear tables immediately after meals
  3. To maintain a systematic storage of deliveries
  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen/dining area, wash and fold face towels, sweep and mop kitchen, bundle and clear rubbish
  5. Ad-hoc task instructed by Centre Supervisor
